Q1. How can I start an order?

A:  Try to start with an E-mail asking for price of your interested products or any other information about us.

Q2. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?

A: Yes, samples are available if necessary. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.

Q3. If I order a small quantity, will you treat me seriously?

A: Yes, of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious penitential customer. It doesn't matter how small or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.

Q4. Can I pay a visit to your factory?

A: Yes. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. Besides showing you around our factory, we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.

Q5. How does your quality control?

A: We have a professional QC team with 2 members to test the products and packages before delivery. We will control the goods quality during all the mass production. we guarantee our customer 100% satisfaction on all our products. Please feel free to feedback us immediately if you are not satisfied with Johoo's quality or service, if the product does not meet the contract requirements, we will send you a free replacement or give you compensation in the next order. For foreign orders, we ensure most accessories. In some special case, we will give discount as a solution.
